I have a Medion LIFETAB can.t watch anything on it plays for 1 main an then a green line appears at end of screen picture starts rolling so I can.t watch it ? Works fine on my TV so far
Do you have a friend with a name brand tablet that could come over and test if your wifi can handle streaming? If another tablet gets the same results as your tablet it could be a issue with your wifi access point. I don't use Netflix anymore but can you confirm your new tablet has enough processing power to stream video? Can you stream youtube HD videos?
SOURCE: monitor flickering and rolling
Thanks for the git back: #1 I hooked up a second monitor (depressed fn+f5) and was able to view everything fine. No problem in any area. Ran Some security checks (malwarebytes, checked windows updates,Secunia PSI,and a virus scan. #2 I opened up the monitor and checked for possible loose connections. #3 brought up the graphics display and checked that 60 hrz was set and correct. #4 ran a backup of all my data from my other monitor, and I made the assumption that it was a bad monitor and I might save some money if I just bought a new laptop.Would like to here your comments. If you are not getting any audio through the laptop without the hdmi cable check that the volume control has not been turned down on either the laptop or on the windows volume control icon in the bottom right corner of your screen. Sometimes the easy solutions are the hardest to find.

I Think Your Ribbon Cable May Be Damaged.
If Its Still In Warrenty Send I Back .
If Not Take It To A Repair Shop And Get It Looked At.
Or You Could Just Format It And Install A fresh Version Of Windows. (Not recommended if you dont know what you are doing)

Hi, I can't guaranty this will help the problem, but for a quick try I say its worth it. On the Desktop, right click to open Personalize, select Display Settings; by adjusting the resolution it helps with the "Flicker effect" aswell, by selecting different settings, you can "view" the best Monitor Display. "If the solution helped, rating it is appreciated, thanks."
