GE Profile Artica 22.6 cubic feet side by side PSC23NGN keeps freezing everything on the refrigerator side. It won't keep a higher setting when you try to set it above freezing.

If fans are both running, compressor should be also. If not (and line voltage is OK, 118 to 125 vac) then you should replace the motherboard)

it could be the damper part number WR49X10091,if the damper door isn't closing correctly cold air will just keep coming into the fridge side from the freezer,usually the damper door opens to let the cold air in when the fridge starts warming up and when it gets cold enough the door will close but your damper is stuck open

Climate control drawer is 20 degrees, freezes everything,

on the bottom part of refrigerator right wall , theres a thermister, i bet is faulty

The fridge gets its cold air from the freezer through a vent between the freezer and fridge.The fan in the freezer blows air through it. There is a flap you adjust with the fridge temp. control. Make sure it's opening and closing when you adjust the fridge temp ..
