It could be a bad pump, or a clogged drain hose, first guesses.
At the end of the hose that the water should be draining out of, try blowing in it to see if its plugged. Better yet, get somebody else to blow in it, as it is probably yucky.

Possible Water Pump Issue

The coolant system is pretty straight forward. Start with the least expensive and work your way up. Overheating is normally caused by 1. stuck or non functioning thermostat
2. leaking hose or hoses
3. marginal or non functioning water pump
4. clogged or bad radiator.

Gaggia Titanium Espresso machine problem: steam venting into inside compartment after pulling espresso shots.

Normal, depending on the amount, when the hot water goes through the coffee and the pressure builds up the excess has to go somewhere when it stops, usually the drain tray, so there is a little steam loss.

Check all battery terminals and 12v power feed connections are clean and tight.
Check all battery chassis and ground connections are also firm and in good order.
Check any in line 'Maxi' fuse connections are firm.
Check for water ingress in any cable loom or bulkhead connector exposed to the water spray.

Clean light stays on,help me trouble shoot

Fill water reservoir with 1/3 carafe distilled white vinegar, 2/3 carafe water and hit the self-clean button - it will take about 35 mins to complete. When it is done, it will beep like it normally does when brewing regular coffee. Self-clean light should go off after this. If it doesn't, simply unplug the machine for 20 minutes or longer. The manual is available for your inspection on the Cuisinart website.
If your Cuisinart is one that is missing the Self-Clean function, just brew the vinegar and water like it is coffee by using the brew function.
