Zeki support I am getting a error code 24 when trying to install Netflix which was on the tablet before?

I know when my zeki stopped working I saw that there was a place on the side to reset you push it in with a paperclip just for a few seconds and this reset the zeki, other than taking it in a repair shop and having the whole thing set back to when you 1st purchased it. I hope this helps
