Reset from Menu

From the Roku home screen, select settings > factory reset, and follow the on-screen instructions.

Reset from Button

Locate the reset button on the Roku 3 player. You will find it on the backside of the player, below the power connector. Using the tip of a pin, or a paper click that's opened, press and hold the reset button for about 15 seconds, then release that button.
That's it, you have now performed a factory reset.

I don't believe that model has a password. You may just need the password for the network you are using. If you want to reset the unit to the factory defaults see below.

To reset defaults to the factory default settings:
1. Press .
2. Touch , then touch Printer Settings.
3. Touch , then touch Reset All Settings.
4. When you see the message, "This will reset printer settings to factory defaults,"
touch Yes.

Factory reset in the settings screen, that should put it the same way it came out of the box and netflix, youtube, etc... "DISCLAIMER" When you reset your blu ray player it will also clear all settings, its a good idea to write down any settings especially if it gave you problems when you got it.

on the remote that came with the player, should be a settings button and somewhere in those menus should be a reset to factory settings option

I believe that when you set up your netflix account on the actual blueray player, it will give you a code that you need to register with netflix. go into the settings on your blu ray player and set up your netflix account. if you've already done this and didn't write down the code, reset your blu ray player back to factory default and start over. hope this helped
