SOURCE: The main eye piece is missing the lens.
One other thing to watch out for when buying eyepieces, is that they come in 2 sizes. The most common size for amature telescopes is 1.25", but many low cost Asian made telescopes use .995". Measure your eyepiece holder first before ordering new ones.

Measure the hole on the telescope diagonal. Eyepieces come in .965, 1.25, and 2 inch sizes.

You will not find a manual for that REFLECTOR style telescope. However they all assemble the same way. Meade scopes maintains a web site with all of their manuals. Look under the 4.5" REFLECTOR header for one that is similar to your telescope.
