How many grams are in 50.7 fluid oz?

Gram is a measure of weight (or mass). Fluid ounce is a measure of volume. There is no direct conversion between them, since it depends on the density.

For example, 50.7 fluid ounces of molten lead will weigh considerably more then 50.7 fluid ounces of water.

Weight of a gram of sunflower seeds

A gram of sunflower seeds weighs exactly one gram or one-thousandth of a kilogram.

If you want the Imperial equivalent there is about 28 grams to the ounce so one gram will equal one twenty-eighth of an ounce.

Measuring such small weights requires a different measuring scale and the apothecary measures are appropriate: the dram is one sixteenth of an ounce.
For rough measure purposes one gram is about a quarter of a dram.

For exact purposes all the conversions can be found by google.

For practical purposes it would be better to measure out one ounce, one half-ounce or one quarter-ounce of seed whichever can be done most accurately and then divide it by eye into 28, 14 or 7 equal portions in order to obtain approximately one gram.
If greater accuracy a chemical balance would be required.

Have a Chefmate digital stainless steel scale. It weighs in grams and ounces. It was changed accidently to grams but I want it in ounces. Not sure how to do it and misplaced owner's manual.

Easy! On my Chefmate scale what I have to do is toggle so that "weight" is blinking. Then hit "0" - that is zero. Now you can change back and forth from grams to oz!
