Most devices, start up from scratch if you remove the power for a while. Not sure how long this would be for your router, but if it does not start after you removed the power for half an hour, you have to assume the router is not blocked it is defect.
Most routers restart after you remover the power for 20 seconds.
This particular model has some sort of internal electronics that require a charge before the unit will function. As a result, when allowed to sit in the cabinet for a long period of time it will simply not turn on. Instead, all you will hear is a "click" noise when you try to power it on. When you get the dreaded "click" noise leave plugged in for several hours and try again.
check your audio line in connection, either L or R signal line floating may also cause humming noise. Sub woofer usually very sensitive. If your audio input not connected, do you still hear humming noise? in actual you should not hear such noise, unless volume at max then it is possible to hear little.
Hi, Call an electrician or the power company... you have major problems with the electrical service coming into you home...there is a very bad connection somewhere...
Its possible that the contactor that closes to start the outdoor unit is not pulling in and passing power. You are hearing the coil humming since it is getting control power. Also first check that breaker for outdoor unit is not tripped
