I have had my kocaso m9100 tablet since this past christmas and not had any problems with it until recently. It went completely dead and i had it on the charger for more than 6 hours with a little red light appearing on the screen but when i try to turn it on the screen doesn't even try to turn on. I have tried reseting it and everthing but still nothing has helped.

You need to check battery to see if the battery has correct voltage. Their should be on the battery the number for voltage of battery if battery is not at suggested voltage then check for tablet with voltage meter to see if the tablet is charging at correct voltage. If battery is at correct voltage then something is wrong with tablet. If battery is not at correct voltage then probably battery is bad. Let me know for further assistance
