Manufactures do not provide free manuals on the internet

You need to buy an manual you would like & I would suggest
the OEM Factory ones,if you want something of any use & valve

You will need a Daignostic Manual more than anything else

Go to the singer website
Go to the home page
Go to customer service--click on it--it will show a small menu--click on instruction manual
In the box put the model number (example 7467 ) & click search

I would look in the owners manual for this info. or call a dealer if i needed the info ASAP. I would not leave a note on the internet asking someone else to do this for me. the owners manual is in the glove box and a quick read can answer many other issues such as tire rotation, service intervals, light bulbs. if the manual is gone you can get a replacement on ebay for a few bucks.

The shift cable broke or is out of adjustment. You can manually release it by putting an ice pick in the mechanical release hole on the shift lever console in an emergency to get yourself going but you must get it fixed or re-adjusted.
