If you are using an Apple iPad and are having trouble accessing your saved items on Facebook Marketplace, there are a few things you can try to troubleshoot the problem:
Clear cache and cookies: Clearing the cache and cookies on your iPad can often resolve issues with apps like Facebook. To do this, go to the Settings app on your iPad, then select Safari. Scroll down to the "Clear History and Website Data" option, and select it. Confirm that you want to clear the data, then try accessing your saved items again.
Update the Facebook app: Make sure you are using the latest version of the Facebook app. Open the App Store on your iPad and check for any available updates. If an update is available, download and install it.
Restart the app: Try force-quitting the Facebook app, then reopen it. To do this, swipe up from the bottom of the screen and pause in the middle of the screen to see the app switcher. Swipe left or right to find the Facebook app, then swipe it up to quit. Open the app again and see if the saved items are now visible.
Contact Facebook support: If none of the above solutions work, you can try contacting Facebook support directly. You can usually find a "Help Center" or "Support" section on their website, which may have resources for troubleshooting specific issues.
Remember, if you are unable to access your saved items on Facebook Marketplace, you can also try bookmarking the pages of individual items you are interested in to access them later.
Go to Settings, select facebook, press uninstall or update, which option is available to you.
If uninstall, then the App will be uninstalled, after which you should re-install the app by going to App-Store and locate Facebook App there, to reinstall.
If Update, then you should select this option and lets the App update itself and try it Again. If problem still occurs, then uninstall as described above.
This problem is a common one, sometimes the servers run slow, but if the problem continues, try this uninstall the app, wait a few minutes then reinstall the app your log in data will be removed so you will have to re enter it
Generally speaking, you can fix this by killing the FB app. Double tap the home button. This brings all running apps to the forefront, you might have to scroll to find Facebook. Tip, the displayed app will appear in a floating window, and the Facebook Tile will be displayed center screen when you find it. Now, swipe up to shut the app down. This generally fixes the problem.
Firstly try to double tap your home button to reveal active apps, then depending on your iOS, this next step may simply require you to a: flick upwards on each app to close it, or b: press and hold on an app to reveal an 'x' in the top left / right corner of the active app list, locate the app by swiping left or right then touch on the jiggling app ensuring to touch the 'x' in the top left / right corner of the app. Still no success? Press and hold the power button on the top of your iPad, while at the same time pressing and holding the home button, do not let go as the screen goes blank/black, once you see the apple logo, release them both and allow the iPad to complete its restart. Still no luck? Try removing the app and then re-installing it. Hope this helps.
I'm having the same issue on all my Idevices. Once slotomania was updated from the AppStore you can't login to Facebook with the app. Facebook shows a blank widow and won't allow the login, and the app no longer loads :(. Guess its a Facebook issue. Time to pull out the old laptop and play that way.
Try reseting the iPad by holding the home and power buttons simultaneously until the iPad completely shuts down and the Apple logo appears.
Once the Apple logo appears you can release the buttons. If this does not work, you may need to connect your iPad to your computer and do a factory restore using iTunes.
