Then it is a hard ware issue which is very easy to repair.
You need to heat a specific point on the mother board.

there might be a problem with your logic boardl, it seems to me that your motherboard hould be repaired or replaced. i've seen that you can reflow (resolder) the wifi chip which sometimes gets knocked loose. you can venture out and do it yourself.
if you look for repair guides online for a motherboard replacement you will find something. I work for company that does iPHone repair in NYC and we do this repair frequently.

Hello, First check to see that your power cord is working to charge your unit. Then remove the battery and let set for 2 mins and then put back into unit. If this doesn't fix then you will have too call cust service or tech support for iphone and work with them. May have too send in too have repaired.
