How to remove old drivers from printer and download new ones?

It sounds as if the pictures are stored that way, especially if you've changed printers. Try downloading a color document and printing it. Do you get the same result? Also did you reload the software when you set up the new one? It's always good to delete the existing driver and start with a new one.

Go to dell.com and download drivers directly from the website.

If you are using 32bit version of Windows 7(you can check this by right clicking on to My Computer then click on properties. It should say either 64bit or 32bit version of Windows.) then here is the driver:

Did you:
1) Verify that there is a Win 7 driver for this printer on the www.lexmark.com site.

2) If there is a driver, you must download the driver.

3) Remove the old driver.

4) Install the new driver.

It is imperative that the old driver is removed prior to the installation of the new driver.

no need new printer first uninstall old printer drivers from computer then check your printer model number and download exact driver again then install.

Download and install the VISTA software and driver from their website and install it.

If the ink is that old it is most likely dried up most computer shops will have Value compatible ink at a much cheaper price then big box stores

Mostly, vista wont support the old printers if proper driver is not installed. if you tell me the printer name and model
i'll check for the drivers and update you.

What happens when you try to install the Printer. Do you get any error messages.

You should download the latest driver from the website and than you should install the same on the computer.
