My magicard alto prints fine except the color quality is not very great. when i use the color ribbon and print black letters with it the letters come out gray and not black and it has a problem making the...

The printer driver must be set to print text with the K resin panel.
If the text is part of a bitmap image and not a true-type font then it will print from the coloured panels and be dark grey.
To create the correct green on the card you need to change the RGB values so it prints correctly but look wrong on the badge design program. Even different printers print the same colour differently.

The only greeting card product on their website is Greeting Card Factory® Deluxe 7.0 and it's Vista certified meaning it should work with Vista. If you have a non Vista certified product you have a 90 day satisfaction guarantee in which to contact them and return it.

Unable to print a dark green logo?

Use Photoshop. Also their are Color Profiles you can install on you computer. n windows
Rt click an Goto properties/Settings/advanced.
THe last tab is where you can install them.

They will only allow you to match you screen to the printer color better.. Google where and what on you need.
In Card5 id I remember. There should be a setting that comes up when the print is initiated.

You should be able to set card of to control the color and not the printer. Or visa verso.

Also you can get a Solid Resin Green Ribbon.

Photos print green Photos print green on photo paper, but fine on regular paper stock. I have the HP 7960 same problem...anybody know how to fix this? Is there a type of photopaper that won't react this...

In the printer settings choose the type of paper, card, or the various photo papers that are listed. This must be selected to get the best quality for each project you are doing weather it is just normal text or quality photos, the both require different print settings. Usually by using the automatic setting does handle most settings but dont bank on it.

HP P3005 Will not pull from Tray 1

Click File > Print > Properties to check your settings.
To verify that tray 1 is working, put paper in tray 1. Press green check until you see Information Menu. Scroll using arrows until you see Print Menu Map then press green check. If it prints from tray 1, your problem is not with the printer, but with the PC settings.

i has follow this step, but need to press green check button to resume print menu map.

tray 1 manual feed set to A4 paper plain size

there is paper on tray 1
