You can unbalance the load more to get a quieter spin, but otherwise you may have a worn out gear system that produces more noise than the spinning tub itself. Check with service to determine the exact cause of the noise.
Pull off dispenser cap if it has one or top cap. Underneath will be another cap to remove. Finally there should be a 7/16 bolt to remove and then pull off.
This machine is a lemon It will break down in a year or less. I have the same machine. The gear box, motor, and now the control board went bad. I haven't been able to use it for 2 months now while they try to fix again & again
