In most cases the water lines can have leaks that bring bring in air and so the pressure will be less. Power off the washer and let the water flow without any air bubbles. If you seen bubbles then recheck the joints.Check the same with the outlet.
If not there is fault on the main pressure pump.
You will need to replace the "clutch band" on the washer. The clutch has become worn and will not engage completely to bring the washer up to the proper spin condition. Here is a link to the clutch kit and it comes with the complete instructions for the repair.
Make sure the washer water line is hooked to the hot water supply line in the house. If it takes a while to get hot water when you turn on the sink faucet, it will take longer to bring hot water to the washer due to the lower flow volume. If you bring hot water to the faucet first, then start the machine, it should solve this problem. The washer's heater should then raise the temperature to final requirements. Hope this helps!
try this most common mistake made is not getting hot water to the washer on the first wash don't care what brand hot water cleans dishes 130-136 best but you have to bring the hot water to the washer before you start it some lines can run a half gallon to the sink before the hot gets there run the water at the faucet till its so hot you cant stand it then start the washer 0 ohms ok
Cut off the zip tie that holds the drain tube. Bring the drain tube as close to the ground as possible and siphon out the water - yes, that means sucking on that hose. Have a bowl handy to collect the water, or do it somewhere you don't mind getting wet. Just keep the end of the hose lower than the basin of water and you should have no problems.
