Cannot find this fault code try and contact rheem customer service see if the know what it is .

This is not something you should try to repair. Unfortunately you should all a service/repair company preferably the one one that install it

Usually tankless computer water heaters are not repairable by homeowner... or anyone else if unit is older than 6 years.
Smae applies to laptop computers, telephones, garage door openers and other computer-chip operated devices.

Error code 24 appears to be Rheem-Richmond tankless water heater.

3) Add a comment with more information about type, brand, age of water heater including what you have tried so far.

C2 11 is no ignition.
Clean combustion parts yearly as recommended in manual is first step.
Other causes can be loose wiring, bas gas valve, dirty air intake, bad venting, bad sensors etc.
Test these parts using service manual. Call Rheem since Rheem does not post service manuals.

Clean the water filter as shown in product manual.
Error E1 is not specifically shown for Rheem/Pronto tankless.
1 is usually related to water flow.
E errors are related to temperature, so E1 can be temperature sensor failure on hot water pipe.
E errors can be loose/bad wiring or part failure.

Error codes are considered start-point for troubleshoot.
Each tankless manual recommends cleaning the water filter monthly, deliming heat exchanger yearly, and cleaning combustion chamber and burner parts yearly.
Regular maintenance can prevent most common error codes, but the cost and nuisance will outweigh expected $1-8 monthly savings on gas bill.
The requirement for continual maintenance should signal folks that tankless are not effortless hot water as described in tankless promotion.

Multiple error codes can mean PC board failure.
C2 11 is no ignition.
Error 24 is malfunction of operational switch: "press max or mim button on PC board, or replace PC board." On some models, max and mim button can be located just above dip switches, and rotates with screwdriver. See diagram in manual.

79 is fan motor current fault or circuit board you will have contact rheem
