Put new needles in it.

Following the colors, thread the upper looper first, then the lower looper. Next thread the needles. Always thread in this order.

I believe that the Consew 18 is a copy of the Singer 16-188. You can get the manual of the 16-188 for free at Singer's website. You can find parts on Ebay through different vendors and a lot of the parts are interchangeable between these two machines.

You do not mention that you have the user's manual for your machine and if you checked in the manual to troubleshoot your problem. I will assume you do not have the maual for your machine.

There is another Fixya Solution here http://www.fixya.com/support/t7720122-user_manual_juki_flora_550 which directs to a similar model instruction manual but not one for the 550. You could try contacting Juki themselves via their website in your country as they seem to have lots of manuals available to download for domestic machines and might be able to sell you a manual for yours.

Lost maual on singer cg-550 c need the stitching sequinces or suggestions on why my bobbin side thread is largely looping. I have checked my threadng.
Have a look at this website.
If they do not have the manual you want email them and they will help.
The looping problem is the bottom tension is to slack, on the same website look at the repair section and it explains how to adjust the bobbin tension.
