My Sub Zero 2011 model has the drawer freezer on the bottom. All was fine until I changed the water filter and I emptied the ice to get the new ice which I knew to throw away the first two batches but the new batches never came? Why? what to do ?

Thanks to everyone for the help.We did get it moving and working finally. My husband took the ice drawer out. Reached up to where the ice drops out and poked around a bit. He said he didn't move anything but I heard a piece of ice move. We then shut the power off at the breaker switch, waited 10 seconds or so then turned back on. An hour or so later, we heard ice drop and it's still making ice. What a relief. I
could tell there had been a power failure as the clocks all needed resetting. So as someone suggested, we just had to reboot the thing.
We tried everything after reading 50 plus pages of questions and answers and finally got it. Thanks so much!

Check water turned on. check ice button switch turned on in fridge. remove juice storage, ice container in freezer, check ice bucket full white plastic flapper to make sure not stuck on a white peg at top. flapper must hang down and be freely movable to signal ice maker to keep busy. If up high will turn off ice maker. Lots of other parts especially heater circuits involved also: fill tube supply heater not working then frozen supply line then no ice. Look for wiring diagram in ziplock behind compressor grille. can order parts at repairclinic.com. logical design, layout, easy to get to sensors, heaters. makes sense if look at it long enough.
SOURCE: Is there a way to remove the drawer in the bottom freezer?
Pull the drawer all the way out until it stops. Then lift the front of the freezer drawer (a couple of inches), and pull out further (4-6"). The front will then lower to the floor. Lift the back of the drawer upward and slid the entire drawer forward. You may want to protect your floor. I did the above with the freezer drawer full and scratched my floor a little...
SOURCE: water leaks into ice maker bin
2 possible causes. 1) tehe tube is not inside of the ice maker. 2)the ice maker has acrack. better to call a tech
SOURCE: Sub-Zero 680 - Service light flashing/need to change the filter
The service flashing means that you had a long run time over a period of time. You can reset it by turning the unit on and off or if you have a door alarm button hold that for 30 seconds and that will clear the fault code. If it comes back you have a problem that needs to be addressed such as cleaining the condensor. There is no factory filter on these units. If there is a filter it is most likely under the unit, which can be accessed by removing the kick. THe kick plate is held in place by two phillips head screws, remove them and have a look. If it was done by a "professional" they should have put an inline shut off valve for easy replacement of the filter.
