It has been in storage for about a year, but I have used it for a few days without problems. All of the sudden, it shut off while I was watching Netflix. I powered it on and it stayed on for about 60 seconds before shutting down again. I did this a few times thinking maybe it was a chance problem. Now it barely powers on for a second. After doing a diagnostic test using the Menu and Input buttons, I have found that the error code is 23, or a horizontal deflection failure. I am not sure what exactly this means or how to fix it. Code 22 indicates that your set is in shut down due to what is called Short Protect. The most likely cause is the Converge Ic's drawing too much current and opening one or 2 fuses. Normal repair cost varies by area and servicer. Expect 250 to 350 plus the service call. I normally do this on site.

You should call a good TV Tech. This problem cannot be solved by a consumer. The one thing you might try is to unplug it from the wall for a few minutes and then try it again.

Error code 2-2 indicates "Short Protect Circuit" problem in tv.
Need to check pico fuses in power supply as one or two got blown due to bad convergence chips.
Below is an exploded view of tv chassis, power supply and convergence area has been marked to give you better idea to look for pico fuses.
Unplug tv from wall socket before to repair/check any thing inside tv.
