It said that asus F3jp can not be booted from neather one cd or usb except original which is instaled inside the laptop (OEM), is it true and if not how else to boot system again, have original 2 system recovery CDs but it won't boot from external CD ROM
I'm not sure about it. But many branded laptop did it to make sure you replacing the right part. Try to find the OEM parts from your friends and install it
The external CD ROM is it powered from the laptop or an external source?More than likely needs an externally powered optical drive

that's right. You can use external DVDRW drive and you must enter your DVD driver (usually you get it after you buy eeepc) into external. Cause your DVD driver include driver for eeepc and recovery windows for your laptop, just in case, your laptop get some crash on several software and get into factory default setting.

So then i click r at the first screen and nothing happens...It keeps on repeating to repair on and on with the same message after i clicked r. I can't even access to the window...what can i do???

Did you go into the bios settings and check the status of the hard drive? it would seem that is where the problem lies.
