How do I get a manual

Hi Jeff,

I was able to locate the spec sheet for this product:
http://mvpgroupcorp.com/details.php?cat=7&id=119

You may have to contact the manufacturer to explain which parts you want to order. I was only able to find service information for their JetTech product line.

Can cranberry sauce be frozen

Simply, yes.
If the sauce is whole-berry sauce the texture when thawed again will be off, because the ice crystals will have ruptured the berries, but jellied cranberry sauce should be fine, though might be a bit watery when thawed.

What is hoisin sauce? How do you use it?

Hoisin sauce is a Chinese sauce that is quite thick and sweet and is used to flavor dishes such as noodles, beef and stir fries. It's salty and sweet and can really add character to a dish but not everybody likes it as it's very strong.

Can you give me some examples of condiments? My dietician said I can use them to add flavor to my food . What does she mean?

Your dietician is right. Some condiments are low in fat and calories and really help to brighten up a plate of healthy food. Just be careful as some condiments contain a lot of oil or sugar.

Here are some example of condiments:

- Relish, Ketchup, Chili sauce, mint sauce, horseradish, chutney, mustard, soy sauce, wasabi, salsa.

I have an Imperia Spremy electric tomato grinder machine and while using the machine I see that the sauce starts to come out black and I have to keep washing all the parts! what is the problem with the...

We have same problem. going to the store, they told us it is normal there is grease coming out but should not come out of in the sauce. They changed our motor but told us to lift the side of the machine where the sauce comes from. After few different tries, here is our solutions/ advices:
-lift the machine by putting the 2 feet on a pc of wood of 1 1/2"/ 2" height. That way, your machine will be angled having where the sauce comes out higher than where you plug the machine.
-change the plastic ring & rubber ring each year to ensure the thickness is good enough to seal/ hold the grease close to the motor pin area. To avoid coming in the sauce.
- while pressing the tomatoes the grid cones gets full of pulp which sometimes blocks a bit & makes the juice coming out partially with the
skin & seeds and maybe as well coming close to the motor which would mix with the grease. To avoid that: take a rigid plastic spatula and while making the sauce, scrape the accessible front cone grid w/ the spatula to clean it/ clear it. Every 4liters of sauce made, I remove the red slide to also scrape/ clean the back of the cone grid. All this is made without washing all pcs and it looks like we fixed our problem of grease in the sauce. We made 10 big tomato boxes in 2 days and we washed the pcs 3 times.
If I am not clear, let me know, I can explain w/ pictures!

Directions for presto carmel cormer model #0500001

I have the directions for this; send me your address and I'll mail you a copy or I could probably just I have a Presto Caramel Corn'r. These are the directions:
You need a large mixing spoon, wax paper and the following ingredients:
2 T cooking oil
¼ c popcorn

¼ c butter or margarine
½ c brown sugar
2 T light corn syrup
¼ t salt

1/8 t soda

Then follow these steps
1) Pour cooking oil and popcorn into the unit base. Place cover on base. Plug cord into base and then into wall outlet. The signal light will glow when unit is heating. When popping is completed, the signal light will go out indicating that the heat has shut off automatically. Unplug the cord from the wall outlet. Tip unit upside down so popped corn falls into cover. Set cover with popped corn aside. You may want to use a paper towel to remove excess oil and unpopped corn or hulls from the base before making caramel sauce. NOTE: I pop corn for all the batches I intend to make first then do the next steps because you don’t have to clean it each time to make a new batch.
2) To make caramel sauce, combine butter, brown sugar, corn syrup and salt in the base. Plug into wall outlet. Heat mixture stirring constantly until butter is melted and sugar is dissolved. Continue cooking, stirring occasionally for three minutes. Unplug cord from outlet and unit.
3) Place the mixing band on the base. Add baking soda and stir until mixture is evenly colored, light and foamy. Add popped corn, stirring to evenly coat with caramel sauce. Remove mixing band. Pour caramel coated corn onto wax paper and separate kernels. Let stand a few minutes before serving. Wash unit before popping more corn.
