This copier has been showing that the fuser has not be set properly, tried fixing but could not manage please advice and also sc 532 on this machine. (Fuser settings error)
"Fusing duplex motor locked" check the fusing duplex gear box or clean if not so you can change duplex motor.

You are definitely on the right trail, here is what is is. Pressure roller fusing lamp over heat
The detected pressure roller temperature stays at 200°C or more for five seconds. It could be:
• Defective PSU
• Defective BCU
You did the first thing, you will need to try the other two.
1. Replace the fusing unit.
2. Replace the PSU.
3. Replace the BCU.
Remeber the BCU is next to the controller.

To clear level A SC codes such as this SC541, you need to
Enter SP mode, and then turn the main power switch off and on, only.
Please check if the thermistors are the proper ones and are installed correctly in their position properly.
This is also useful for SC542.
Please check the thermostats and fusing lamps for open circuit.

This error code is related to a overheat in the Fuser Unit.
Probably you have a faulty thermistor.
I advise you ito call a technician. But you can do this procedure to see if you can work while technician does not arrive.
Press yellow key.
Press 107 on the key pad.
Press red key at least 5 sec.
Press copy SP.
Exit all the way out and turn the machine OFF and ON.
