This kocaso M352 was sent to me to replace the IROLA. So where do I start? The 1st screen is for password. do I enter a new password?

Try hard reset: With the power off, try holding down the up volume button and the power power button. After it starts up with something appearing on the screen then release and this may get you to the factory restore option menu.
How do you factory restore Kocaso Android tablet through hard reset...

Ask for the info to be sent to your mobile phone or make another email address and send it to that or you could send it to one off your mates emails or family member then follow link to reset

If you set a pass code (or pattern) that you cannot remember, please enter the wrong password (10-20 times) until you are prompted to sign in via your google account. Please note, this will only work if you have already setup your google account on the tablet. If you have not set up a Google (or Gmail) account on the tablet, you will have to perform a firmware install, which will revert the tablet back to factory settings.

I had the same problem...good price but junk tablet...i sent mine back and the refunded my money, but sending me a new one.

I had the same problem...I sent it back for a refund. Kocaso is junk as it turns out...!
