Print does not fall within form lines
SOURCE: kyocera printer problem
First I would recommend cleaning the printer. When you change the toner there is sheet of paper that comes with the toner cartridge that explains how to properly clean the printer. If you do not have that handy, there is a panel on the left hand side of the printer that you need to open. Once the panel is open you will see the waste toner bottle; leave it in place. Above and to the right of the waste toner bottle will be a green nob. Pull this green nob slowly in and out three or four times. This will clean the charging wire. Next underneath the green nob there should be a piece that looks like a rectangular box when you pull it out. I believe it is green as well. This is the charger grid. With each toner you should have gotten a small slate blue box with a plastic lid that has a piece of felt under the plastic lid. Remove the lid and this should slot in under the long, rectangular charger grid. Move this back and forth three or four times and than remove the slate blue box. Gently push the charger grid all the way back in and close the access panel.
If this does not fix your problem I would recommend getting service from wherever you purchased the printer as you may have damaged the drum.
Let me know if you have any further questions.
