Why am i getting insufficient storage error when downloading if i have 10.3 gb free?

This means the internal memory is full and the only way to add apps is to uninstall other apps that you have installed. Check to see if you have apps you no longer use and uninstall them.

didnt specify type of unit --generic --open settings and look for what is stored in unit ---also if unit has email ,phone ,photo,notes capability they take up storage as well as internet open pages

go to settings>apps, select playstore, click clear data, restart your phone. This should do it.

Some tablets have limited space for apps. If you have internal memory of 8 gigabytes, for example, perhaps only about one gigabyte of that is partitioned for app storage on some devices. When that app storage becomes full, nothing more will be able to download and install.

You can go into Settings> Storage and examine the top bar graph to see if the app storage partition is full. If it's full you will be able to free up some space by uninstalling some apps you don't want or never use.

If you using a computer you need to clean your hard drive of old not used items and or install another or bigger hard drive. If it's a phone you can simply install a microsd card or a bigger one

you will need to reduce space, delete unwanted files items and create space for new apps, alternately see if you have a microsd card (external storage) which is not full.

Delete all games

Move your apps to the SD card via Settings - Apps. You have to move each app one at a time, and some will not move. Then clear your browser cache. Delete old messages, especially ones with photos and videos with them.

If there are, in fact, apps already loaded in the machine, then you could try to delete them with the app manager (in settings). If you cannot run the machine at all because of this error message, contact your vender for return ASAP

Hi to get this sorted delete cache from application and if possible move apps to internal storage or sd card.
