Repairing the F02 error code can usually be done without ordering parts. Tools needed to repair your whirlpool Duet F02 error code are towels and a quarter inch socket.
Tip the washer back at a 45 degree angle. On the bottom panel there are three or four screws, with the screws removed the panel will slide down and off. With the lower access panel now removed you will have access to the washers drain pump clean out.
With the water already bailed from the washer you can twist the filter head counter-clockwise to remove. Twisting the filter head counter-clockwise will loosen filter so it can be pulled out.
With the filter out clean and install it back into washer.
Run a quick cycle to ensure the washer is back up and running and the F02 error has disappeared. If the error comes back, it may require you to clean the drain pump filter again.
If you require a new drain pump motor, you can purchase the part from the link below.

SOURCE: Whirlpool Duet Washer

F11 is a serial communications error. This is a symptom of an electronic control board starting to go bad. As defined by the technical information provided by Whirlpool, the error could also be caused by a loose or broken wire connector and/or the central control unit (CCU) (front panel). I would double check all your wire connections leading to the control board and CCU, first. Don't be surprised, however, if the problem persists and you eventually have to replace the electronic control board. To check, follow these steps: 1. Unplug washer. 2. Remove the three screws along the top of the washer in the rear that holds the top panel on. 3. Once the screws are removed the top should slide back then lift up. 4. The electronic control board is gray (or white) in color and located in the rear of the washer. It's impossible to miss. Double check all the connections ONE AT A TIME. 5. Double check the wire harness connections leading to the front panel as well. I hope this resolves your problem, but experience has proven that this is usually an Electronic Control Board failure. It could actually be a combination of the CCU as well. The part numbers are as follows: Electronic Control Board: 959503 Central Control Unit: 1025824 Both boards cost about $150 each. Let me know if this helps you.

SOURCE: water leaking from my whirlpool frontload washer

open the door and check between the drum and door frame. There is a large rubber bladder completely surrounding the drum. Pushing the drum further back into the machine will let you see the entire thing and unfold it. These often get small laundry like socks stuck there as well as sharp objects like nails. You may have a tear in it which will leak like that. Replacement parts run about $70.00.

SOURCE: MY WHIRLPOOL DUET FRONTLOAD WASHER BEEPS AND CUTS

The F 02 error code is a long drain problem. It could be that there is something clogging the drain line or a kink in the line, the drain pump trap is clogged, something lodged in the drain pump or the drain pump not working properly.
Here is some info I found on this site to help me clean out the drain pump trap and to replace the drain pump if cleaning it out doesn't work for you.

Try to clear it doing the following:
Select PAUSE/CANCEL twice to cancel the cycle. Select
DRAIN/SPIN if there is excessive water in the washer.
Re-select cycle and select HOLD TO START. If the problem
remains, call for service.

Hope this helps comment back if you need further help,

Receiving error message 02 F

Hi,

Press PAUSE/CANCEL twice to clear the display.

* Check the drain hose and make sure it is not plugged or kinked.

* Check the electrical connections at the pump and make sure the pump is running.

* Check the drain pump filter for foreign objects.

* If the above does not correct the problem, replace the pump.

Thank you !!

Ge frontload washer pausing in the middle of cycle

as to the not draining properly check the pump Ive had to change many of these pumps on this type of front loader or you can go into the diagnostic of the machine. if you remove the bottom panel theres a technician sheet there it tells how to go into the diagnostic menu: first unplug the machine for about 30 seconds then replug the machine then hold in signal then delay then signal then delay after which you willhear the door lock click then ull get a t-01 number use the dial to scroll to t-02 then push start this will give you the error code and tell you whats wrong with your machine compare the code to the technical sheet provided inside your machine remember to clear out the error code when you fix the problem

Whirlpool Duet 9100 starts cycle then stops & wont drain

F2 code is a drain issue. If you are not using he detergent you can cause slow draining and then you will get the code. Try using less detergent. Also, try disconnecting the power to the washer to reset controls.

Washer stopped in the middle of a cycle

i wouldn't be so quick to replace the timer as those rarely go bad. Start simple and check the lid switch. On whirlpoos they sometimes shift position and dont always close when the lid is closed
