My iPad has been given to me by my employers for work purposes. They asked me what passcode I would like and then set it for me, so it has been set correctly. However when I enter it and press the "Next" button the box clears and the cursor goes back to the start, with "Enter Passcode" again showing in the box. I have looked everywhere to try to find a solution to this, but there is nothing anywhere to help and I am unable to use it as a result. Can you help please?
