I understand you have condensation building up on the back wall of the freezer side of your Frigidaire refrigerator, model# FGHC2342LF. I also see that this is a new refrigerator for you, and the water is pooling on the floor. It would take 24 hours for your refrigerator to stabilize at the set temperatures. First, I suggest giving it this timeframe. Secondly, if it is hot and humid, this is normal and can occur. Lastly, check with your installer to make sure that your refrigerator was installed correctly. I ask that you please follow up with a comment on the post, at your convenience, to advise if further troubleshooting is needed or if your appliances status has changed successfully. Hope this is helpful.
it may take upto24 hours to settle to -18C,remember it has to cool right through the food in the freezer,as well as the walls.also if the food went soft, it is spoilt......cook meat asap then refreeze.
I am having the same problem. How long did it take?
I bought mine second hand and think it may be broken. I plugged it in 8 hours ago. I can hear it running but it's not cold yet.
it sounds like your compressor isn't running. i'd check if it is. go the that area and put your hand on the compressor (just tap with finger) if it's hot, suspect that your compressor ain't running.
