It seems to be a T'Con board fault. Anyway, make it sure before replace it. Contact any service technician. If you want to get the exact fault, it cannot be detected by a moving picture. Some patterns should be input to TV. In some Sony model, there will be internal pattern generator, which will produce some patterns on command. You have to enter its service mode, to access it. Hi, My guess is your daughter messed it up. Go to menu and color and reset to default should fix it.

You need to contact Sony so they can send you the download program/firmware to correct this problem. Sony Surport.com

Please adjust TINT control of Video Settings in Menu that will adjust color tone of TV. I do not think this problem is related with Lamp because TV screen does not have any color blobs or spots.
