LCD panel and lights not working

On your Sub-Zero 642 Your display will not work unless your refrigerator lights work.
1st. Make sure your light bulbs are good.
2nd. Check your refrigerator door light switch.
3rd. The subzero uses a thermal overload to kill your lights if the door is left open to long.

You are def overheating, If the ohms rating of the subwoofer is too low it will cause this same thermal over heat. If you have 2ohms in sub and a 4 ohms stable amp, you will overheat. Check the ohms rating of the sub to make sure this is not the problem

make sure its plugged into a large circuit over 30AMP! Turn down the gain on the back. They can't take too much punishment so turn the bass down on the eq. Get a stronger sub

Everytime I print a label it stops short of the

This is an easy printer to fix since there is only one control button. Turn the printer off. Hold the green feed key down while turning the printer on; once the red light begins flashing, let go of the feed button. This will do three things: the printer will calibrate with the installed media, it will print a configuration label and the printer will go into dump mode. Press the feed key again. One more label will come out with with the words "Out of Dump" printed at the top. If the printer still fails to print, remove the ribbon and try the same procedure with direct thermal labels (UPS or FedEx). From there, consult the manual for more troubleshooting tips.

Everytime I turn my Zebra TLP 2844-Z printer on,

The red light means out of paper or ink ribbon. Some people chose not to use the ink ribbon and get thermal direct paper which requires no ink ribbon but the printer has to be told by the driver not to expect ribbon or the red light will come on. Also not having the correct paper height set in the driver will make the red light come on as well so check the advanced tab in the properties of the driver then click printing defaults. In the ZDesigner driver height and width are entered there. In the zebra universal, click paper output and enter the size.

LED Light is on, but no sound from sub at all.. Have double backed on all wires but still nothing! HELP!!

If you've overheated it a number of times, it's possible that you've damaged the amp and it's trying to protect itself even though it's too late. Try disconnecting the sub from the amp. If there's no change, then there's a problem within the amp. It could be a thermal switch or possibly a stressed amplifier module.

Hope this helps. Good Luck!!

Shuts off everytime i turn it up pass 4.

Speaker wire contact with each other is the problem. Check the back of ALL SIX speakers including sub-woofer. You should find wires contacting each other. Fix that and your problem will be solved.
