I purchased a 7inch RCA tablet from walmart. The tablet exploded and the battery popped the tablet open. I need to know how I can get the tablet replaced because it was purchased less than a year. I was told that it was not fixable.

It comes with a one year warranty so if its less the one year take it back to Wal-Mart and they will send it to the company were they will either fix it or replace it.

Did you purchase an extended warranty for the device? If so, they should replace it for you with no additional charges. If not, then I would call their customer service and find out.

The only way is to hook it up to computer and boot with software it came with. Or you can download it from website. Since it could mean possible hardware failure. Either by water or moisture

The battery on the zeepad 7.0 is located inside,first turn off unit then take a fine blade insert the blade ever so gently between the edge you'll see the seam with the blade inserted pry downward along the edge you'll hear it pop open as you pry down.
