SOURCE: the pictures have horizontal lines

This is electronic shutter problem that is the reason you get blinder effect/ noise on picture. Electronic shutter is located in lens mechanism and lens assembly will be replaced to solve the issue. Nearest Samsung service center or local camera repair shop will help you to replace lens assembly.
Thanks.

CASIO EXILIM digital camera photo resolution

The Digimax A7 Doesn't work outdoors, because on top of the camera, try taking a picture, but hold your hand on the top of your camera (Cover it) it's light sensitive. On top their is a built in sensor, the Darker it is the darker the picture is, the lighter, the lighter. If you cover it, (Usually on top) It should work fine outdoor, just don' t cover it indoor. Hope this helped. -CA

Samsung es60 card locked solution

Look at your memory card. SD cards have a slide switch along one edge. The position farthest from the metal contacts locks the card, protecting it from writes. The position nearest the contacts unlocks the card.

Can you give me the softwere ES60

You don't need any software.

The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB or FireWire). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries.

Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive, the same way you copy any other files. Or, despite what I said first, you can use any photo cataloging program such as Picasa.

When I take a picture it looks fine on the screen. When I then review my pictures there are red lines going through the picture.

Hi,

The problem is due to CCD/CMOS (the chip that physically captures light and creates the digital image) has broken. If this is the case , a repair would cost approximately $80-$130. This is the most common problem for a camera that takes blank/lines in images but where the menu display functions and old photo's display normally. Please confirm that these stripes are normally behind the menu's. Check to see if the new images are downloaded correctly and if the video function works normally. If this does not work, it supports the idea that the chip has gone.Take it to a repair,if the CCD has to be replaced then a new or refurbished camera would cost only slightly more.

Thank you !!
