Question about Kocaso M1050 10.1" Android Tablet PC with 1GB RAM, 4GB Storage & HDMI

What would cause my Kocaso M1050S tablet to be froze on the screen with android across it?

Tablet turns on, the little green fellow goes across, then the word android appears in center of screen and goes no further.

I had a kocaso tablet...M9100. After I Googled it, I found that Kocaso tablets are junk...bought a Google nexus 7...best on the market

Froze on black screen that says android have tried holding down power and volume still froze

Try performing a power reset. There should a power reset button near the charging port. It looks like a tiny hole. While plugged into the charger, use a paperclip to push the button inside this hole for 3-5 seconds. If it turns on, please allow it to charge for 4-6 hours before using it.
