The Flexx10 has a micro SD slot, the SD card is about the size of your finger nail. If your Android phone also has a micro SD card you just remove it from the phone and plug it into the Flexx10. Then just transfer the pictures from the SD card to the tablets internal hard drive. When complete put the SD card back in the phone. If the SD card in your phone is the standard size it obviously won't fit the Flexx10. You then have the choice of either using Bluetooth to transfer the pictures between devices or buying a USB SD Card converter and plugging that in your FLexx10 with the Android SD card mounted in the converter.
a repair might cost more than the tablet did
if it no longer responds to your finger maybe broke digitizer
you could do a factory reset. and hope it responds to your finger. Nextbook Android Tablet Hard Reset
Mine was having he exact same problem. All I did was hard reset it, wipe the cache, and wipe the media partition.
First, turn off your nextbook.
Hold both the POWER button and the VOL UP button until the screen the screen comes on. Once its on, you can remove your finger from the POWER button but still keep it on the VOL UP button until the screen goes to a black BIOS screen.
From there, use the VOL DOWN button to scroll to the "Factory Reset/Wipe" option, then press POWER to enter.
Scroll down to Yes to confirm once more and that should be it for the Factory reset.
I recommend you proceed to the "Wipe cache" & "Wipe Media partition" options to be on the safe side.
I hope this solves your problem like it solved mine.
