I bought a fixit 3mil rechargeable flashlight at a yard sale , but it didn't have a charger so i don't know if it works . can i use any charger that fits it ? if not where can i buy a charger for it .

i had that experience before. i was not able to charge my motorola l6, then i went to a cellphone repair shop then i ask the technician to shock my battery. and then it went up and get charged!
