That means that you have a trunking system that has no sites assigned to it. If you do not have a 3rd party PC software, download PSREdit 500 from here ( 30 day free trial) Upload to the program then back to the radio and it will clear the heap error. http://www.psredit.com/psredit500/download.html

Turn the scanner on.
Press "0"
Press "1"
Press "ENT"
Now press any key
Now press any key again.

Somewhere along the line you programmed a talk group into your scanner that does not have any association with any trunking system and your scanner did not like it. You can either find the codes and erase them individually or the hard reset (reset to factory default) by following the steps above.

PSREdit500 Configuration Editor for the PSR 500 PSR 600 PRO 106 and PRO... (paid software) You'll need a data cable to use this or other software. I use this for my Pro-106.

When i tried to connect idea net it shows error 106 error_internet_disconnect.i had uninstalled the antivirus but still the probem exists.

Error 106 occurs when there is a problem with Microsoft Windows. The Error are often critical system errors caused by corrupt and missing registry data. This error must be fixed immediately to prevent further damage to the Windows, such as system not responding, blue screens, can't open programs...
kindly use system registry cleaner to fix it use Reginout tool in order to fix registry errors...

Hello my friend,this a programming error,probably your phone software/firmware is corrupted.You should try to reinstall your firmware or take it to a repair shop.
