I found some parts at the gourmet depot website for Welbilt bread machines.  Try www.thegourmetdepotco.com, and search on Welbilt under "parts."  I found several dough blades there.  Not sure about other parts, though.

They sell them on ebay. In the search type in the name and model of your bread machine and the word blade and you should find it. Good luck
