The virus chest works as a container for suspicious and infected files. It is called quarantine area for other antivirus software. The files in there cannot do any harm to your pc.

if you computer is very infected and you are not able to install the 2 antivirus i told, then do it on
another computer which is not infected. Then you will have to remove your hard disk from your computer and place it in the other one and do the scanning.
the USB antivirus is very useful you can install it in any computer you have it will protect you from autorun. it scan all usb and flash card also.

Avast also is a good antivirus which you can use.

i also suggest you to backup all your files, document, photos,etc.. after scanning. cause sometime you might get some error from windows. so backup and reinstall a fresh windows.

dont forget to reinstall the USB antivirus after.

How can i remove virus

You can remove virus by using updated antivirus. Install it on your computer. I recommend you to use updated AVG 8 or AVAST antivirus full versions because it will surely remove viruses from your system. Scan your computer with the antivirus and don't forget to delete all the infected files and the viruses found in the chest or mostly known as virus vault. Use only one antivirus on your system because using more than one antivirus may crash down your computer.
