Instructions for Bowflex WR30M?

In time mode, hold set (bottom right button) to change date and time. The selected (flashing) item can be changed in one direction only using the up (top right) button. Press set again to cycle through each item until desired settings are chosen.
In stop watch mode, the up button starts and stops the stopwatch, the set button will take a split time while the time is running. To reset the stopwatch, press set once while the time is stopped.
In alarm mode, the up button turns the alarm on and off. There are three alarms available. To cycle though alarm times, press set. To set an alarm, press and hold set until the time flashes, then set the alarm time using the up button, cycle through hour and minutes using the set button. When finished, press set again.
Timer mode. To set the timer time, press and hold set until the time flashes. The timer goes up to 23h:59m:00s. You cannot set seconds. Once set, the timer can be started and stopped using the up button. There is no reset for the timer, to start a new timer the time must be manual changed again.
To check heart rate, press and hold mode until PUL is shown, place two fingers, one each on the top and bottom metal contacts for 6-10 seconds to get reading (This works best when not in motion).

Hey there, i got a miele w4800 front load washer that stopped working all of the sudden. The buzzer is going crazy and the drain and intake fault lights are flashing. Any ideas of how i could fix this...

You have water in the bottom pan of the machine. grab it at the back and tilt it forward. the water will run out and it will start working again, but you will probably need a concertina hose. This is the hose that connects the detergent compartment to the wash drum.

I just bought a Kenneth Cole Unlisted mens watch. There is no instructions on how to set the day and date. Is it broken out of the box or are those dials just fakes? Jens

The Mode button on the bottom left hand side will set your "SET" buttons to work.

The first push of your Mode button will activate your Stop Watch. Press the top right button to time your subject. Press it again to stop timing your subject.

Pressing the bottom right button will reset your Stop Watch to zero.

Press the Mode button to release your Stop Watch function and return to the Telling Time function.

Press the Mode button twice and you'll be able to set your Alarm function. Your Hour number will be flashing. Press the top right button to set your Alarm Hour. If you Alarm Hour is for the afternoon or evening continue pushing until a "P" appears by your hour number . This will be your afternoon/evening hour. If there is no "P" that, of course, will be your morning hour.

Press the bottom right button to adjust the minute number of your Alarm function. Your minute number will be flashing. Again, using the top right button, you'll be able to adjust your minute number.

(If you hold any number changing button for a long time, the numbers will flash through rapidly.)

Press the mode button to release your Alarm setting function.

Press the Mode button three times to set the Time of Day on your watch. At this point you'll also need to push the bottom left button to activate your Time of Day function. after pressing the bottom right button your minute number will start flashing. Press the top right button again to adjust your minute number. Once that's done, press the mode button to release your time of day function.

Hope this helps!

My led on caravan ac &rec flash how do ifix it

it is flashing because you have had power loss of some kind. so you will have to recalibrate the unit. start by warming the van up for about 5 minutes. leave it running, then press and hold the bottom left and bottom right buttons together till they start to flash.
(they will flash different then they are now)

once they flash let go of the buttons and wait untill they stop flashing.

then turn van off. wait 5 seconds and then start van again. Now press and hold the bottom left and top left buttons together untill it flashes.

once the flashing stops then press top left button and you should be complete. :)

Flash stopped working

I had the same problem, "BBWS" found this "solution":
Turn the camera on as if to take photos (not to review photos).

Press "Home" (upper left corner)
Press the camera tab (bottom left-most tab)
Press "Scene Selection (SCN)"
Press "OK" at the "Select type of scene" prompt

However, I still don't have flash available in the PGM or AUTO modes, which tells me it is still broken.
