I bought a Tablet and tried to return it, was told NO. had my receipt and spend 500 or more a week at Walmart. They never told me any limit on returning it when I purchased it.It was not used.

Well. every store has limits on returns, whether it is 7 days or 30 days or 1 year. The store has the right to set their own terms and conditions, in US and Canada there is no statutory right of return on most retail purchases (unless it is not the item that you agreed to purchase). Those policies will be posted in the store, or on their website, or even on your printed receipt. It's up to you to seek that information out. You didn't say how long you have had it, but I am guessing it is past the return policy limit.

My tablet was preowned, factory reset, trying to set it up for my daughter it will not let me sign in keeps requiring previously synced email account I do not have nor do I know. What do I do?

Hello, Stacey -

Ray Gallant is correct, if you purchased the refurbished tablet from a local business. The technical staff at that store may be able to unlock the tablet so you may register it to yourself or your daughter.

However, if you purchased the refurbished tablet online, then you need to contact the online seller and find out how to register it for you or your daughter. If that cannot be done, then, contact the seller and ask to return the tablet for a refund.

My kindle fire had a two year warrantee, and it is now not working.

If you got it through Amazon, even as a gift, they will have a record of it and you can have them honor the warranty. Also they even pay for the postage which you print out online once you start the return on their website. You can also find your purchases easily by going to order history, and then find your tablet, and it then has an option to return it, which will then get the ball rolling on how to return it and free postage etc.

Can't use my tablet. Getting error: the process android.process.acore has stopped. Is there anything I can do?

Unfortunately, I purchased the same tablet and found it to be junk as well. I returned it and was sent an M9200...just as bad, so they refunded my money and I still have the terribly, slow tablet. Try resetting the tablet by uncovering the tiny hole to reset it covered by a small sticker on the back of the tablet.

Irulu displays dotted lines?

Such electronic devices from China generally aren't repaired under warranty--to be then returned to customers. Any such repair is not likely at a facility near your home in the US, anyway. If the fabricator or its importer contact here actually refurbishes these, it's likely performed at some single facility--the importer contacts (or perhaps the store--or another store) may then try to sell these again later, for a somewhat lower price, as refurbished units (perhaps not, though).

Once your return your tablet, the refurb process really has nothing to do with you. If you wait past the point of return and refund, the store then won't help you. The importer contact or company might instead send you another refurbished unit, after you ship your tablet--if it's still then technically under warranty.

It's far better to get the store to let you return it to get a refund, or to obtain a replacement--these are the best outcomes if it's defective. (People have trouble with refurbs, sometimes.)

If resetting to factory settings doesn't work, return it to the local store or follow the RMA process (return merchandise authorization) from the online store. If it's defective or broken after all, don't let your rights to return it to get a refund or replacement unit expire: Determine if it's defective in order to get return the process moving soon.

It sounds like a problem which likely may not be easily nor cheaply fixed. It's likely an LCD screen problem--perhaps the tablet was bumped around badly during shipping. (LCD screens really prove quite delicate. This is a larger tablet's LCD screen giving the problem now, after all--it's more likely to be damaged if it's not packed and shipped well.)

On button fell inside tablet.

Have you tried contacting the manufacturer's customer service? You really don't want to try taking the casing apart, unless you're experienced, you might never get it back together. If it was me, if it's just a month old, you should hurry and take it and the packaging and receipt back to walmart. Tell them you either want a new one or your money back. Immediately. Here's what their web page says about their return policy

"Returns Policy by Department Most items can be returned within 90 days of when you receive them. Items purchased on Walmart.com may be returned either to a store or by mail, unless stated otherwise in the list of exceptions below. See the departments below to find out if there are exceptions to the 90-day rule and for instructions on how to return certain types of items.
Items must be returned in the original manufacturer's packaging, so we recommend you keep your packaging for at least the first 90 days after purchase."
Good luck and be assertive.
