call ur customer care (aircel,airtel...etc)...then give ur last 4digit number of ur sim card ...after tat they ll give ur puk code...used tat code and open ur security

u hav to format ur cell phone. either u can do it by handing over ur cell to nokia care or u can do it by urself by downloading phone formatting software from nokia official site. precaution is tat u hav to backup ur files if u hav sum imp data in ur phone

I want to fully format my cell.
because I can not install any web setting for using internet.
It says Could not add new account. Memory full. Only 70sets are allowed.

Please help me.

Anees, you should don't post private information of your device,this is not recommendable, about the security code which you forgot, the free code (master code) will not help you because this is a new generation device,so you need to give official repairer to unlock for you, it is a cheap to remove security code. (around 50 to 100 Rs.)
