Dampened Spirits quest in Skyrim won't let me thru the doors.

Moisten a rag with acetone, alcohol or mineral spirits to remove fresh Gorilla Glue from plastic. Wipe the glue away with the solvent-dampened rag. Remove cured Gorilla Glue from a hard plastic surface with a razor knife or chisel. Clean residue from the surface using a spray lubricant and an abrasive sponge.

You must equip the Bloodskal blade and aim the reticule at the fissures in order. It might take a few tries. I found the controls a little wonky. http://elderscrolls.wikia.com/wiki/The_Final_Descent The blade lies next to the body of Gracian Caerellius.

It may be quest related, check the wiki on it.

Check online for the levels ur having problems with. A lot of times there are little hidden areas you don't see. Just look up the game online and the level name and area. It should pull up a site that will show u what ur missing.

There is a guy in one of the northern towns that will send you on a quest for the cure, or you can become a werewolf.

Load an earlier save - before this quest - and do the quest again - until you successfully complete it.
