Hi,

Your username and email address is just the same so your only problem is how to reset your password because you can no longer recover it. Here is a quick step:


1. Just click the link or copy and paste it to another browser to get to the password reset page.

2. Enter your username or email address. then click on "submit".

3. On the next page, you need to type the characters you see in the picture provided then click on "continue".

4. You will be ask on how to get back into your account and here are the options:

-Answer my security question
-Get a password reset link at my recovery email: (this is the email address you linked with gmail)
- Get a verification code on my phone: (you will only see the last 3 digits of your phone number)


note: if you select by phone, you need to select if you want to receive the verification code via text message (SMS) or automated phone call, then click on "Continue"

5. Enter the verification code provided, click "Continue"

after this procedure, you can not change you password.

Tip: Try to save your username and password in a notepad in your documents to avoid this kind of problem.
