get make and model of the bissell cleaner and go to http://www.bissell.com/parts/ find out what part you need and order most likely the gasket is not that costly through bissell if it is you can always do a price comparison check ebay i find most items on ebay for reasonable prices. so long as you have a part number you are good to go .. hope this helps

Usually you should find the Customer Service telephone number on the website and call right away to cancel the duplicate order. If they ship both orders, you may have to pay the shipping to return one of them for refund.

Since they are Necchi importers, I would guess that they could order the embroidery unit for you. Couldn't find an embroidery attachment available for this machine except on ebay. You might want to watch ebay for this.

Not only does he give lots of answers, he does repairs. He probably would know where you could get an embroidery attachment should you have trouble finding one.

your best bet would be to check Ebay for anything like that for that machine. Not only has it been discontinued, there are no parts (new) available.

I just recently picked one up on ebay along with 8 more pads for a little of 20 dollars. You can also go to their website (sharkcompany.com) and order it there. I think it's 13 dollars. You can also order the pads there as well, I believe it's 20 for 3.
