I'm afraid it is broken

On the left side there is a small access panel. Remove it and instructions for cleaning the inlet and outlet sensors. With a damp qtip. This turns the dirty indicator out.

There should be a little micro switch detecting when the filters are fitted correctly into the body. Try re-fitting them making sure they are fully pushed home.

The unit times the filter hours. You have to reset the timer.

If it's only 3wks old, return it for replacement. DO NOT attempt to repair
