I have had for charges on my VISA Acc. for products I have not ordered or received. These charges occurred in Sept., Oct., Nov. & Dec. of 2013. I would like to receive credit for these transactions....

Call Visa and talk with them.
They probably have a statute of limitations.
Going on 5yrs will make it seem like to them that you didn't care.
Don't hold your breath on getting the $$ back if it has indeed been since 2013.

Cannot access game Sugar Crush on my phone. I have facebook, but it says it can't access facebook when I try to get Sugar Crush.

Last night, Oct.2, I reinstated my Netflix account. This morning checking on my debit/checking account I see two charges against the account. One for $8.65 and the other for $9.19. Please tell me why two charges and my understanding is was for $7.49 per month.

How do i cancel payments and get money back that is regularly going out of my account to vendosupport. I have not given permission for these payments and have no idea what they are for.

Phone your bank or the credit card company to who the charges are payed buy,End get them to stop payment to the company.

You subscribed yourself to a service suscription and now they're automatically withdrawing your money. To cancel your suscription follow the steps below:
1) Enter your paypal account. 2) Click on "View all of my transactions". 3) Select a date range so your transactions can be found. 4) Click on "Show" button. 5) Click on "Subscriptions". 6) There you can see all of your subscriptions. 7) You can cancel your susbscription and see the "detaiils" of each subscription.
