My LG flame phone is stuck on the "hello" screen. I took the battery out and restarted it multiple times hoping to fix it, but still it gets stuck at "hello"

when u take out the battery hold down the end button for 30seconds then put battery back in and start it up.

hello all you need to you have to change the flex of that same phone before it will be stable

if you have virgin mobile call them up and follow the sommands to troubleshooting....theyll try to fix it and if they dont theyll send you a new phone as long as youve bought this one within a year

i had a phone in the past do to the same thing, i took mine back to my wireless provider and they gave me another phone, because it was a manufactuers defect.

Have you tried doing a factory reset? 1. Dial 277634#*# on the keypad to access the Test Menu 2. Select Factory Reset 3. Select Yes 4. After the factory reset is complete, you must restart your phone for it to take full effect.

Sounds like your display has developed a failure.
It's cheaper to buy a new one verses repair it.

My LG KU990 viewty screen has frozen....meaning...the touch screen doesn't respond when I press it.
I can answer the phone and only call numbers i've already.

I've turned it off and left it off for some time, taken the sim card out, but this doesn't help. Does anyone have a solution?

i know how to fix it... HAHA i just figured it out you got to hit it =/ sounds weird but it works just slide it and close it fast

the screen is skrew you should get a new onne because its expensive to replace it
