sir please call to the bsnl simcard customer care and say the cellphone model number.and the phonenumber then they will send the gprs settings to your cellphone save the settings and switch off your cellphone and again switch on.then connect the data cable from phone to the computer for connecting the internet...........

Samsung galaxy s5 / sm-G900f puk code ? i wenty on o2 website and they say my sim isnt on 02...it bloomin well is..someone help me :'(
If the wireless carrier (O2) states that the SIM card does not belong to them, you could very well take any form of bill and showed them. Usually the PUK code is in the card board where the SIM card comes. Thee is a bunch of number, you need to scratch off one of the lines in order to reveal the number, and that is your PUK code.
I have no idea how is your wireless carrier, but if can, you can port your number to another carrier and fix this problem.
