If you are in windows and your screen goes black there are a few things that can cause it: 1. is a bad video card drivers, If this is the case the display will usually come back within 30 or so seconds with a message in the corner saying windows has recovered the display driver. 2. You could be having backlighting issues, This is pretty common on laptops and somewhat common on all-in-ones, Next time the machine does this take a flashlight or bright light and point it at the screen. If the backlight has failed but the pc is still on you should be able to faintly see text on the screen, or the start menu in the corner, etc. 3. If none of the above are the case then it is likely the video card could be failing, Unfortunately on most all-in-ones the video card is integrated into the motherboard, which can be replaced also, but is usually pretty cost prohibitive.
With any luck it might just be the video backlight. After some time the lights in the sides (or top and bottom) of the displays start taking more power, causing the inverter to overwork itself, and eventually one or both (lights, or lights and inverter) will fail.
Please check power cable of this computer if everything is correct then you need to contact with local technician.. it might be hardware problem..
Thanks

more than likely bios isn't letting it boot, i'd make sure the fan bearing hasn't gone out, if it has you can order a new one
